  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the turkey wings dry with paper towels. This is crucial for crispy skin.
  • Place the wings on a large baking sheet.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the wings and rub it in to coat each piece.
  • In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, black pepper, and salt. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the wings, covering them evenly.
  • Bake in the oven for 45-55 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the skin is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Notes

  • For even crispier skin, broil the wings for 2-3 minutes at the end of baking.
  • If you prefer tender wings, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 55-65 minutes.
